Returns and Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days for your item(s) to ship. This means after your order is placed it will be sent out in 1-2 business days, then depending on location will determine the amount of shipping days. Order with USA normally take an estimated 3-5 business days shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday. International orders might take up to 6-10 business days.
We currently ship within USA, Canada, Europe and Australia only.
We have taken great care to ensure that all bags and materials used in our collection are of the highest quality and industry standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process .To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and item to be in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Buyer will bear shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
MINA KAY WARRANTY
We have taken great care in making sure all our products are of top quality and we provide 90 days warranty. We will replace any products found to be defective. Our warranty policy does not apply to damage caused by accidents or everyday wear and tear. The 90 days warranty applies to products that have been purchased from MINAKAY's official website and any authorized retailers. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.
